Wright Industrial Ltd holds the licence to manufacture and assemble the award-winning modular homes programme, Te Whare-iti. We work with you and our architect, Aonui Architecture, to create a design that combines a range of Te Whare-iti standard modules to suit your needs.

Our skilled construction team assembles the modules on our offsite manufacturing facility in Porirua and typically within eight weeks we transport the house to your site, where we have already installed piles and prepared services.
